LCSW-C Holistic Psychotherapy, Energy Coaching, and The Matrix Process
Karen Custer LCSW-C is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work and has over 25 years of counseling experience. Using a Mind-Body-Spirit perspective, Karen helps clients identify and develop their potential. In this way, addressing problems becomes a matter of clearing the way to wholeness. In her sessions she utilizes a number of alternative therapies including EMDR, Guided Imagery, dream work, energy healing, and Thought Field Therapy, to help people deal with anxiety, depression, grief, identity and relationship issues. Karen also provides “Energy Coaching” for individuals who want to learn how to work with and care for their own subtle energy systems.
